YS series spectrophotometer is the most accurate instrument in our portable colorimeter. It is designed according to the principle of spectroscopic type. Color Knowledge
CA (Chromatic Aberration) is the color difference. The CA (Area) value is used to measure the color difference level of the image. The lower the value, the better the quality.
0-0.5: Can be ignored, it is difficult for the naked eye to recognize
0.5-1.0: Very low, only those who have been trained for a long time can barely find out;
1.0-1.5 medium, high-rate output often seen, medium lens performance
Greater than 1.5: Severe, high magnification output is very obvious, the lens performance is poor.
The color coordinates measured by the instrument are the industry standard for calculating color latitude and color difference.

The Lab color model consists of three elements: illuminance and a, b related colors. L represents illuminance(white black), which corresponds to brightness, a represents a range from red to green, and b represents a range from yellow to blue.

Δa=a sample-a standard red/green difference
Δb=b sample-b standard yellow/blue difference
ΔE total color difference
ΔL large means whitish, ΔL small means blackish
Δa large means reddish, Δa small means greenish
Δb large means yellowish, Δb small means blued

0-0.25ΔE Very small or not; ideal match
0.25-0.5ΔE Tiny; acceptable match
0.5-1.0ΔE Tiny to medium; acceptable in some applications
